Job Summary
Experienced Recruiter Trainer to lead training for recruiters and new hires, while also managing a full-cycle recruiting desk (approximately 75% desk duties, 25% training). Responsibilities include designing and delivering multi-modal learning experiences (instructor-led, self-paced, live online, mobile), identifying development needs, creating training materials, becoming the subject-matter expert on recruiting tools and processes (ATS), monitoring recruiter metrics, coaching individual and group sessions, aiding in the hiring process, and managing a training budget. Strong communication, public speaking, time management, and organizational skills are essential to effectively describe complex ideas and promote company efficiencies. This in-office role is based in Appleton, WI (ZIP 54911).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a successful agency recruiter
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid knowledge of training techniques
- Proven proficiency delivering content in multiple modalities (e.g., instructor-led, self-paced, live online, mobile)
- Because of the collaborative nature of this role, it is 100% in-office based.
