Job Summary
Recruiter/Trainer responsible for recruiting resource parents for children by developing and implementing a comprehensive resource parent recruitment plan; will train or oversee training of P.A.T.H. classes, conduct home studies, maintain caseloads in compliance with the Department of Children’s Services; conducts recruitment, interviews, training, and coordination of events, tracking expenditures and maintaining records; requires CPR & First Aid training, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally; coordinates with DCS and schedules trainings and foster parent courses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Communications or Social Services field is required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required
