Job Summary
The Recruiter position (Temporary Contract) is a 90-day assignment at IntouchCX responsible for conducting interviews for agent-level roles, coordinating onboarding (orientation and training dates/times), responding to candidate inquiries, processing applicants in an ATS, participating in job fairs and hiring events, and building relationships with internal staff to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role requires engaging with candidates via phone, video, and in-person, maintaining confidentiality, meeting hiring targets, and adapting to a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Previous experience in customer service/BPO/retail and recruiting in a high-volume call center is a plus; strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 year customer service, BPO, or retail experience
- 1 year recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment or related industry is a plus
- Must be comfortable on phones or in person 8 hours a day
- Maintain a secure, high speed internet connection
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Possess active listening skills
- A love for interacting with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hectic, changing environment
- Ability to handle a high volume of work
- Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to take notes while conducting an interview

- Strong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functions

- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
