Job Summary
Search online resources to identify and approach top talent, then cultivate trusted relationships with candidates to uncover their true strengths and values. Use competency-based interview skills to assess alignment with client needs, carefully recording insights to present qualified profiles. Follow up with both client and candidate on the hiring process, providing scheduling and offer assistance, and assess placement quality after 90 days through direct connection. This contract position offers flexibility and remote work, allowing you to help clients and candidates develop impactful partnerships beyond daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with customer service
- Basic Boolean, internet search, and Microsoft Office/Google Docs skills
- Personable phone presence
- Clear communication and data recording
