Job Summary
Seeking a Recruiter & Talent Operations Coordinator to lead hiring efforts for educational roles including teachers, therapists, and support staff. The role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in education or healthcare, and strong relationship-building skills. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting candidates, managing the full-cycle recruiting process, building relationships with hiring managers, and supporting the onboarding of new hires. Preferred qualifications include background in education and experience with diversity in hiring. Compensation includes a base salary of $20–25/hr, performance bonuses, and additional benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in education or healthcare
- Understanding of educational roles, certifications, and licensing requirements
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously

- Familiarity with special education and therapy roles
- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring
