Job Summary
Identify in-house opportunities for lawyer placement and support professional staff hiring across multiple sources. Coordinate the Firm's Career Pathways Newsletter, conduct phone interviews to assess skills, and manage candidate schedules while preparing offers and facilitating pre-hire due diligence. Research job openings and market data, then generate and maintain metrics to track placements and recommend process improvements. This direct hire role requires overtime and occasional travel to attend meetings and events. Based in the New York or LA office, the position reports to a Senior Recruiter within a top-ranked global law firm.
Required Qualifications

- At least 3 years of multi-sourcing, full-cycle recruiting experience
- Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced-level proficiency in viRecruit or comparable Applicant Tracking System software
- Advanced-level knowledge of HR principles and practices related to sourcing and recruiting candidates
