Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist position responsible for end-to-end recruitment, serving as first point of contact for candidates, ensuring professional candidate experience, and contributing to strategic projects to optimize recruiting processes, tools, and standards. Represent the company at recruiting events, career fairs, and networking to strengthen employer brand; requires passion for recruiting, strong communication, initiative, MS Office proficiency, and fluency in German and English; remote-friendly with EU remote/work flexibility; onboarding and mentoring programs and opportunities for growth within an international European team.
Required Qualifications
