Job Summary
Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our growing healthcare organization; manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates; interview caregivers and healthcare staff; partner with site leaders and hiring managers; post and manage jobs on Indeed and other platforms; support onboarding and orientation coordination; help improve recruiting processes and hiring workflows; on-site role based in Eugene, OR with occasional travel within Oregon and Washington.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, management, operations, customer service, or similar people-focused roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling challenging conversations and problem solving
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new HR and recruiting systems
- HR or recruiting experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with strong people skills and critical thinking ability are encouraged to apply.
