Recruiter (Talent Acquisition / On-site)

Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for both exempt and non-exempt positions within Bundy Baking Solutions. Manages full lifecycle recruiting from job postings to onboarding, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and ongoing communication with hiring teams. Builds talent pipelines, creates/ships job descriptions across platforms, maintains employer branding, participates in job fairs and recruitment events, manages data in Paycor Recruiting, and travels up to 10% as needed. Requires manufacturing recruitment experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred. Local onsite role in Urbana, Ohio.
