Job Summary
Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) tasked with End-to-End recruiting from posting to onboarding; develop and implement recruiting strategies; actively source and reach out to talent via events and networks; build employer branding including university networks; handle Hands-on HR Admin (contracts, references, HR system maintenance); ensure a strong candidate experience and transparent communication with candidates and Hiring Managers; role is based in Berlin with office attendance; requires a completed degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience; fluent German and very good English.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Sozial- oder Geisteswissenschaften
- mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting
- Deutsch fließend und Englisch sehr gut
- Vollzeit-Office-Job in Berlin
