Job Summary
Recruiter at Surge Staffing (Permanent, full-time internal position). Responsibilities include delivering superb customer service to clients and temporary associates, recruiting and interviewing candidates, matching employee skill sets to client needs, developing business leads, maintaining professional client liaison, maximizing billable hours, performing administrative tasks, conducting service calls, and implementing marketing programs for branch activities. Requires at least 1 year of sales experience, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, proficiency with MS Office, and willingness to travel to various locations; previous supervisory experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education greatly preferred
- Must have at least 1 year of sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
- Ability to travel to various locations and customer sites as needed
- Sales-minded, team-oriented and exceptionally calm under pressure
