Job Summary
The Recruiter will be responsible for screening applicants, making job offers, attending recruitment meetings, creating job postings, managing requisitions in the ATS, sourcing candidates, serving as a liaison with candidates, initiating background checks, and coordinating onboarding. A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, are required. Strong communication, proficiency in ATS, knowledge of labor laws, various interpersonal skills, and the ability to work flexible hours are essential for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of labor laws
