Recruiter (STR)

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume light industrial, warehouse, production, and operational roles across multiple states; create sourcing strategies tailored for each requisition; conduct candidate interviews in-person or via RingCentral; hit weekly KPIs (20 interviews, 20 presents, 7+ starts, 5 “Where Have You Been”s); produce minimum $30,000 in gross profit per month; develop relationships with hiring managers and clients; host HR events to raise brand awareness; negotiate and educate clients on market trends; work in a full-cycle recruitment environment; create targeted strategies to contact professionals; ensure job postings and social media reflect culture and values; take job orders and gather detailed job descriptions; manage account relationships and quality checks; market top candidates to clients; reactivate dormant accounts; travel ~10% locally.
