Job Summary
The Recruiter at Home Instead is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Key tasks involve developing creative recruitment campaigns, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and maintaining compliance with recruitment legislation. Essential skills include strong interpersonal communication, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment is advantageous. The position is full-time with target-driven recruitment figures.

- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Team player who is self-motivated, results driven and resilient
- Confident with the ability to build and maintain strong positive relationships
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of recruitment marketing, social media and other digital communication tools
- Good understanding of legislation relating to recruitment including Enhanced Criminal Record checks (Access NI), referencing and Right to Work checks
