Job Summary
Recruiter position at Home Instead overseeing end-to-end recruitment across the Bridgnorth region with occasional travel to nearby towns. Responsibilities include sourcing and attracting candidates via digital platforms and community engagement, developing recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding, building and maintaining talent pipelines, delivering a candidate experience from application through onboarding, representing the company at recruitment fairs and community events, supporting screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks, onboarding, maintaining recruitment records and ATS data, monitoring performance to improve attraction strategies, and collaborating with internal teams on workforce planning. The ideal candidate has proven end-to-end recruitment experience, can create recruitment marketing campaigns, understands compliance (Right to Work, DBS, references), is an effective relationship-builder, proficient with social media and ATS, and is highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment
- Experience creating recruitment marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance (Right to Work, DBS, referencing)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using social media, digital attraction methods, and ATS systems
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently
