Recruiter Specialist, Latin America

Deliver end-to-end recruitment execution in accordance with the global Talent Acquisition delivery model, ensuring timely, professional, and consistent candidate communication throughout the process. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment with talent strategies while drafting and managing job advertisements that comply with global templates and local regulations. Collaborate with employer branding activities and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by consistently applying agreed principles and decision criteria. This role requires fluency in Portuguese and English, with a preference for candidates with 3-5 years of in-house talent acquisition experience within a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing company. Located in Araucária or Valinhos with a hybrid schedule of three office days per week, you will join Novonesis, a biosolutions company formed by Chr. Hansen and Novozymes, dedicated to sustainable nutrition and fuel.
