Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist with a heavy emphasis on talent identification
- Advanced proficiency with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, or similar tools)
- Mastery of Boolean search strings and varied search techniques beyond standard keyword matching
- Demonstrated ability to engage and convert passive candidates in a competitive market
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional, persuasive phone presence
- Detail-oriented approach to data management and pipeline tracking
