Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter in an agency recruitment setting
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to work full-time, 40 hours a week
