Job Summary
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, align on screening requirements, and conduct phone or virtual interviews to screen and refer qualified applicants. Oversee job advertising and sourcing across Indeed, LinkedIn, and referrals to build a candidate pipeline, while utilizing ATS to maintain records and statuses. Partner with teams to match education, experience, and salary needs, and manage candidate and hiring manager expectations to increase offer acceptance. Serve as an ambassador for SGA Dental Partners internally and externally, ensuring compliance with employment laws and maintaining relationships with universities and dental entities. Prioritize communication and activities to meet recruiting department standards and productivity metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Equivalent work experience
- A year or more experience in high volume full cycle recruiting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
- Understanding of applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Ability to pass a full panel drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Dental or medical industry experience
- SHRM-CP or other HR/Talent Acquisition certifications
- Strong desire and ability to prioritize positive candidate engagement
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, virtually & in person
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for finding and securing top talent
- Organizational ability to manage a high volume of projects and candidates
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Proficiency in candidate engagement best practices via social media and job boards (such as Indeed & LinkedIn)
- Occasional travel for company and candidate engagement events
