Job Summary
Lead high-volume recruitment fulfillment by sourcing candidates, managing requisitions, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet KPIs and SLAs. Execute direct sourcing strategies, forecast workload, and maintain accurate documentation of all recruitment data. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, provide market intelligence, and coach candidates through interviews while escalating compliance risks. Maintain contact with the talent pool to brief on current and future opportunities. This role requires prior experience in high-volume staffing or corporate HR, behavioral interviewing, and handling high-pressure environments. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization
- Prior experience conducting behavioural based interviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high pressure environment
