Job Summary
Recruiter/Senior Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract) at Allegis Global Solutions focuses on leading high-volume open vacancies, direct sourcing, and partnering with hiring managers to meet KPIs/SLAs. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization.
- Prior experience conducting behavioural based interviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high pressure environment
