Recruiter - Security Industry, Uncapped Bonus

Job Summary
Sourcing top talent using our ATS platform, prescreening and interviewing candidates to assess skills, qualifications, and fit for specific sites, and leading the full-cycle recruitment process for every hire. Build relationships with Account Managers to coordinate interviews, ensure timely communication regarding candidates and hires, and drive high-volume recruiting to meet monthly and quarterly metrics. This role requires daily commute to our Westwood, MA office with one remote day per week, plus flexibility to travel to sites for account start-ups. Candidates must possess extensive knowledge of the physical security industry, high-volume call center experience, and the ability to pass background screening and drug testing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- Experience in high volume call center, recruiting, and/or equivalent
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player
- Ability to maintain patron, employee, and company confidentiality
- Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
- Must have computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365)
- Must be willing to commute to the office every day (Westwood, MA) with flexibility to commute to sites for certain account start ups/projects
Desired Qualifications
- Security Account management or Security Recruiting experience is highly preferred
- Interviewing experience preferred
