Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for identifying sources for recruiting Security Officers, developing ongoing relationships (e.g., on-site visits), coordinating media campaigns, conducting initial interviews, screening applicants, reviewing applications for education and training, and informing candidates about job duties, compensation, benefits, schedules, and policies. Performs records maintenance and may take on additional duties as needed, with emphasis on sourcing, screening, and placement of security personnel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
