Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions by partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract candidates passionate about serving customer-owners. Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and applicants, implementing recruiting strategies to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to shape the future of SCF's workforce, prioritizing the recruitment of Alaska Native and American Indian individuals aligned with the organization's mission. Requires AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two (2) years of professional recruiting experience to include experience recruiting in healthcare or complex organizational environments; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Recruiting Assistant at SCF
- AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC), OR ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire
- thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF's geographical service area
