Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding across the Middle East, sourcing and placing talent from junior to director level, managing the full recruitment cycle, coordinating with hiring managers and directors, conducting screenings and salary negotiations, building a substantial candidate network, administering and keeping the Applicant Tracking System up to date, generating reports and trackers, creating LinkedIn Pipeline Projects and reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, continuously improving the candidate experience and promoting Turner & Townsend’s employer brand in the region.
Required Qualifications
- BSc / BA degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition roles, preferably within construction field
- Experience with ATS systems is preferrable
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter account preferrable
- Exceptional communication, networking, verbal, written, interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task functions using sound judgement
- Highest regard for confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
