Job Summary
Meet hiring managers to understand needs, source qualified professionals through various tools, and screen potential consultants via interviews and reference checks to ensure alignment. Communicate work opportunities and prepare consultants for new roles while coaching them for interviews and checking in on their first day. Maintain a network of consultants aligned with top industry-specific skill sets and build trusted relationships to help them advance their careers. This role includes a comprehensive, structured training program with role plays and job shadows, followed by a base salary of $60,000 increasing to $70,000 after one year. Required Qualifications
