Job Summary
Meet with hiring managers to understand needs, source qualified professionals through various tools, and screen potential consultants via interviews and reference checks. Coach consultants for interviews, check in on their first day, and maintain a network of engineers and sciences consultants aligned with top industry skill sets. Build trusted relationships with your network to help them advance their careers while preparing them for new roles. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, supported by a comprehensive structured training program including role plays and job shadows. This role offers unlimited commission potential and a base salary starting at $45,000, increasing to $60,000 after one year.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales
- Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment
