Recruiter - Sales Roles EMEA

Fortinet is seeking an EMEA Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles across the region. You will partner with territory leads and HR to define hiring needs, write job descriptions, and track candidates through full-cycle recruitment, including proactive sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding coordination. You’ll use traditional and creative recruiting methods, advertise positions, coordinate interviews, and perform phone and resume screens. The role requires 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience in technology, strong stakeholder and candidate management, high attention to detail, excellent customer service, confidentiality, and strong MS Office skills. English fluency is required, with additional European languages a plus. This position supports remote work (as indicated by #LI-Remote) with a base in Frankfurt, Germany, and collaboration with the growing EMEA Sales teams.
