Recruiter

Recruiter role at Rumpke overseeing sourcing, screening, interviewing, advertising, and hiring processes. Responsibilities include requisition management, achieving recruiting metrics (weekly phone screens, monthly in-person interviews, retention and compliance standards), ATS/data management, candidate evaluation, stakeholder partnership, coaching and training on recruiting best practices, ensuring OFCCP/compliance adherence, building talent pipelines with community organizations, colleges, and employment agencies, creative sourcing via social networks and job boards, continuous improvement through professional development, and adapting to fast-paced requirements. Requires 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting, ability to travel up to 15% between locations, and a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
