Job Summary
Recruiter in dental staffing to source, screen, and onboard dentists, hygienists, and dental staff for locum tenens and permanent roles nationwide. Role is hybrid (three in-office days in Las Vegas, NV and two remote days). Collaborate with operations and business development to align recruitment with client needs; maintain ATS records; build talent pipelines; achieve weekly/monthly goals through calls, interviews, and hires; strong communication with candidates and clients. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 2 years of Healthcare Recruiting Experience; on-site in Las Vegas, NV three days weekly. Bonus: knowledge of dental/healthcare roles.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Healthcare Recruiting Experience is required
- Must be able to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV 3 days per week
