Job Summary
Offshore Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating dental professional candidates for US-based onshore teams. Role emphasizes high-volume recruitment, ATS/CRM usage, and collaboration with onshore recruiters and hiring managers to maintain a strong candidate pipeline, timely submissions, and high-quality candidates while ensuring compliance with US hiring policies and credentialing. Key duties include sourcing via job boards, social media, and Boolean searches; coordinating interviews; maintaining ATS records; tracking recruitment metrics; and delivering top-tier candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, dental, or high-volume staffing.
- Experience sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment CRM tools.
- Excellent English communication skills to engage candidates and coordinate with onshore recruiters.
- Ability to maintain 100% accuracy in candidate data entry and status updates.
- Ability to meet daily and weekly hiring targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, coordinating with offshore and onshore teams.
