Job Summary
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies for data center development roles. Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events, while conducting initial screenings to assess qualifications and technical skills. Manage the full-cycle process, coordinate interview stages, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical infrastructure, electrical, mechanical engineering, and construction positions. Negotiate offers, facilitate onboarding with the People team, and create reports on hiring progress and recruiting metrics using the Ashby applicant tracking system.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full cycle data center recruitment or technical talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to source and network within the data center industry, specifically in operations, engineering, infrastructure, and construction
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby) and other recruitment software
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to travel up to (10%) for company gatherings
- Denver, CO (3 day hybrid in-office role)
