Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions supporting a 24/7/365 business operation. Communicate regularly with departments to understand current and future hiring needs and evaluate recruiting program effectiveness. Assist pre-employment processes including state licensing, drug testing, and new hire paperwork while representing the casino at recruitment events. Maintain internal and external job postings, collaborate with operators to update job descriptions, and build a pipeline of candidates. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive recruiting. Work with confidential information professionally and perform all other duties as assigned by leadership. Requires a bachelor's degree, 1-2 years recruiting experience, and ability to work flexible shifts including holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources or Business
- 1-2 years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proficient computer skills including use of Microsoft Office and applicant tracking system(s)
- Self-starter with a keen ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
- Best-in-class verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary state and employment related licensing
