Job Summary
Conduct qualitative intake interviews with candidates and present top profiles to Amsterdam municipality managers. Directly engage with clients on-site for unique roles to discuss requirements, while rapidly matching recurring positions based on deep knowledge of municipal needs. Facilitate placements for candidates with a distance to the labor market. Receive job requests via email and immediately initiate the screening process. Work within a team of 16 recruiters supporting diverse assignments ranging from administrative roles to security positions at the Stedelijk Museum.
