Recruiter

Provides customer service and support to all applicants at the kiosks and front desk; handles accurate completion of applications, I-9, medical questionnaires, and W-4; contributes to weekly payroll input; conducts pre-employment screening and reference checks; screens candidates for skilled roles to support recruiters; conducts employee orientation and client-specific testing; communicates job requirements and expectations to dispatched employees; maintains client relationships and conveys service expectations; ensures assignment information accuracy in Avionte; may visit client sites to understand operations and improve recruitment; participates in team environment; may travel to other branch offices; requires high school graduation with AA degree preferred; bilingual Spanish/English may be required; office-based sedentary role with occasional travel; salary is $23.00-$24.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.
