Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial sourcing through interviewing to onboarding of new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to define department needs, create detailed job descriptions, and utilize creative sourcing methods including social media, networking events, and college fairs. Develop community relationships with local colleges and organizations to strengthen future pipelines and position the company as a top employer in WNY. Prescreen, qualify, and interview candidates while acting as an ambassador to highlight positive company culture. Review candidates with hiring managers for recommendations and support hires through onboarding, ensuring documentation is obtained. Juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while working independently and within a team. Requires an associate's or bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, four years of high-volume recruiting experience, and authorization to work in the United States. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually.
