Job Summary

Recruiter responsible for end-to-end full-cycle recruitment across US corporate and retail functions, including sourcing through offer negotiation and finalization. Drive hiring strategy with hiring managers, manage requisitions and external agency partnerships, build and maintain diverse talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate interviews, forecast hiring needs, and enhance candidate experience. Ensure equitable hiring practices, manage interview scheduling across time zones, and maintain strong employer branding and timely candidate communication. Role requires sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, utilization of ATS and recruiting tools, and data-driven reporting. This is a 6–12 month contract engagement in a hybrid NYC-based office (3 days in office per week, typically Tue–Thu; some weeks may require a fourth day). Hybrid arrangement with in-office scheduling and standard business hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across office and retail positions
