Job Summary
Contract Recruiter role managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple client accounts, working closely with the CEO, with direct visibility into client relationships, candidate pipelines, and business decisions. Responsibilities include intake calls, sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, thorough screening and candidate assessments, crafting polished candidate presentation emails, building and maintaining candidate pipelines, managing candidate experience through placement, and collaborating with the CEO on updates and strategy. Must reside in the greater Atlanta, GA area and be available during Eastern Time business hours. Fully remote with a culture focused on trust, ownership, and results; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus; experience with construction, finance, healthcare, or professional services recruiting is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- experience recruiting for multiple client accounts
- strong sourcing skills
- excellent written and verbal communication
- highly organized with ability to manage multiple requisitions
- comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus but not required
