Recruiter - People Team

Design and implement the full cycle recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to source, screen, and select ideal talent. Customize creative methods to optimize sourcing and screening across various platforms while managing the recruiting pipeline, including resource status, needs, and referral processes. Coordinate recruiting events and collaborate with team members to engage both active and passive candidates. Leverage initiatives to support broader Human Resource projects. Requires at least two to three years of relevant recruitment experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong problem-solving skills.
