Job Summary
Post job opportunities in applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, colleges, and technology-specific networking groups while ensuring OFCCP compliance. Source and recruit candidates from various platforms using online tools like Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter, then screen, interview, and recommend placements for professional, technical, and managerial roles. Manage voluminous candidate pipelines across multiple systems, develop outreach efforts to support affirmative action goals, and maintain timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and the HR Director. Identify and build networking relationships to sustain a robust candidate pipeline. This critical role, central to growth strategy, requires managing the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to final offers.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience using a web-based applicant tracking system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Demonstrates independent thinking and decision-making abilities
- Results-oriented and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment
