Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, and candidate experience. Uses AI-enabled tools to speed hiring and improve candidate matching, posts jobs to boards and ATS, partners with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies, sources candidates via job boards, resume searches, social media, networking, referrals, and job fairs, conducts phone screens and interviews, coordinates the onboarding process, and provides hiring metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience: Working knowledge of the full cycle recruitment process.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline research, automate routine tasks, and enhance decision-making.
