Job Summary
Recruiter role focused on managing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting offer management. Build candidate pipelines, advise on sourcing strategies, conduct structured phone and video interviews, administer assessments when required, maintain organized interview notes in the ATS, and ensure timely updates and professional follow-up. Serve as a strong brand representative, coordinate interviews across time zones, support onboarding, and track recruitment metrics to optimize time-to-fill and candidate quality.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with 2+ years in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting workflows
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, iCIMS
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards
- Excellent interview and candidate evaluation skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
