Full-cycle Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate management across multiple industries and functions. You’ll own candidate sourcing, recruiting pipelines, interview coordination, candidate experience, hiring manager communication, and offer management. Responsibilities include managing the hiring process from intake through offer, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines, creating optimized job descriptions, building candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Boolean searches, and niche job boards, conducting structured phone and video interviews, evaluating experience, communication, technical fit, and culture, maintaining ATS records, coordinating interviews across time zones, delivering a professional candidate experience, and providing market feedback to clients and internal stakeholders. Typical day involves sourcing across platforms, coordinating interviews, updating ATS, following up with candidates and hiring teams, reviewing metrics, and delivering hiring recommendations.
