Job Summary
We seek a part-time recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment of hourly talent for our warehouse. Key responsibilities include posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-volume or warehouse settings, and will demonstrate strong interviewing instincts and organizational skills. Success in this role will involve maintaining hiring standards, building a reliable talent pipeline, and supporting operational teams in evaluating and managing talent.
Required Qualifications
