Job Summary
Recruit market research projects from start to finish, including administrative functions, and schedule qualified respondents to enhance show rates. Coordinate with external sample providers to ensure successful project completion and communicate fieldwork progress to internal teams. Manage project expectations by addressing screener problems, variances, and potential challenges with managers while adhering to specific project specifications. Maintain confidentiality of all collected data. No sales involved. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years in pharmaceutical/life sciences market research.
Required Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Market Research experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years' experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences market research or related field
- Experience managing qualitative and quantitative market research projects
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel
- Comfortable speaking on the phone, including outbound and inbound calls
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to quality
- Strong sense of humor
- Positive attitude

- Experience with panelist recruitment
- Experience with project fielding
- Experience working with vendors/internal teams to appropriately manage project expectations
- Ability to schedule qualified respondents for research projects with a focus on strong closes to enhance respondent show rates
- Experience coordinating with external sample providers to ensure successful completion of research projects
- Experience communicating the progress of the fieldwork process to internal project teams
- Experience communicating with managers about potential challenges or problems, including screener problems or variances
- Ability to understand and follow specific project specifications by the project manager
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
