Job Summary
Hybrid Recruiter/Senior Recruiter role based in Kansas City office. Own end-to-end recruiting across investment, technical, and corporate functions, including niche and hard-to-fill roles. Develop sourcing strategies, engage passive talent through multi-channel efforts, and lead structured interview processes with calibration and debrief facilitation. Partner with hiring leaders and HR partners to deliver a high-quality candidate experience, leverage data to track progress and improve outcomes, and maintain compliant processes in Workday. Requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting (5+ for Senior Recruiter) with strong stakeholder management and sourcing capabilities; proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS; visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Adheres to in-office hybrid schedule in Kansas City and supports diverse hiring practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Senior Recruiter
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving hiring decisions
- Demonstrated sourcing capability with passive talent pipelines
- Experience with Workday Recruiting
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with ATS systems
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Professional communication and candidate management skills
- Experience in campus or early careers recruiting (preferred)
- Experience recruiting for investment management/financial services knowledge (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality experience
