Job Summary
Own end-to-end recruiting pipelines for operations and field roles, coordinating growth marketing, creatives, and META Ads to fill a 95-person target. Eliminate manual processes through Notion hygiene, HRIS setup, and workflow automation while managing full-cycle onboarding, offboarding, and compliance documentation across Germany. Benchmark and implement evidence-based employee benefits, craft employer brand content, and maintain airtight employment contracts and certificates. Operate independently with full judgment to identify and fix broken systems, supporting the Head of People as the second full-time member of a scaling T-1 VC-backed mobility start-up.
Required Qualifications
