Job Summary
Conduct campus outreach across Queens and Brooklyn to recruit Behavioral Technicians, setting up displays and pitching opportunities at career fairs. Perform in-person interviews at our offices to evaluate qualifications and match candidates to intake demand. Collect, review, and verify all employment paperwork, background checks, and compliance documents to streamline onboarding. Maintain communication with the intake team to ensure rapid provider recruitment. This role supports our agency's growth by expanding the provider network and driving candidate acquisition.
