Job Summary
Recruiter supports the full recruitment cycle under guidance: posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking; screening resumes; conducting initial phone interviews; scheduling candidate meetings with hiring managers; managing candidate data in the ATS; coordinating with hiring teams; ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role is part-time and on-site at the Houston Spenwick facility, with potential limited remote flexibility in the future. Emphasis on creating a strong talent pool, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment metrics."
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Experience as a recruiter or in a recruiting capacity
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
- English/Spanish fluency
