Job Summary
Recruiter position focused on sourcing and placing traveling long-term care, allied and nursing healthcare professionals nationwide. Responsibilities include phone-based recruiting and outreach to caregivers, conducting initial phone screens, maintaining relationships through placement, coordinating with Account Managers to identify opportunities, meeting division metrics, and adopting new recruiting tools. The role emphasizes excellent caregiver service, professional communication across phone, email, text, and in person, and a team-oriented culture. College degree is preferred but not required, with new college graduates encouraged to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management, proficiency in Word & Outlook, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are valued.
